This company is located in China.  There is no rep. here in this country that you can call inquiries into.  They sold me a defective laptop which I returned to them as they instructed.  They refunded me only a portion of the cost which I paid them.  The stated to me in an email that they would reimburse me the shipping cost as well, which they also didn't do.  They eventually stopped responding to my emails.  I do not recomment business with this web company (lightinthebox.org)
