I purchase an ePad - Android 2.2 Tablet with 8 Inch Touchscreen + WIFI + 3G Capability online with LightinTheBox in the amount of $118.95. I should have known better when I had to keep placing tickets regarding my order. I couldn't get a live person, everything had to be submitted through a ticket that supposedly someone would get back with you within 48 hours!! I requested a refund before it was shipped out and unfortunately it was too late. So they offered me a $10 coupon off my next purchase which I never received! As soon as I received the ePad I knew right away it was defected!! It would take about 5 minutes to turn on, It wouldn't detect your touch to the screen, it was the worst thing ever! I initially bought this for my daughter to play her learning games and it was a huge disappointment knowing all that time wasted and money I had just thrown to the trash! I sent them another ticket requesting my full refund and of course, I never received a response from them. These people in China are frauds!! This is so unfair and they should be reported! I want my full refund and they can have this ePad back!
