Lightlens ripoff did not return my e-mails, no response to cancellation of order San Marino California
I have contacted this company over 5 times to cancel an order. Only after three e-mails did they tell me that my order was on backorder. Since the lights were going to be a present, and the birthday had passed, I had to order the lights from an alternative company.
I still have not heard back from the company regarding the cancellation. They did e-mail me to tell me the lights were on backorder, and I again requested the order cancelled. I sent e-mails to all three e-mail addresses listed on the website, and still haven't heard back.
I did not receive a shipping confirmation on this order, so I assume that they are still on backorder. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the company, and am very frustrated. I just want a confirmation of my cancellation, and, a credit to my credit card (since my oder had already been charged upon the initial order, about three weeks ago--despite the fact it was not shipped).
