I have sent multiple emails to "lauren" who is the Administrator and have not gotten any response. My most recent complaint was sent on June 14, 2009. It is now June 21 and I am still waiting. My teenage daughter and I completed long surveys, totaling 750 points. I have only been credited for 225. I am going to try the telephone and see if that gets any response. I will keep you updated.

I had reported Lightspeed for not crediting my account with points they owed me for doing surveys. I am happy to say that I have finally been credited the points I had earned!
