Complaint Review: Lightspeed Research

Mysurvey.com, owned by Lightspeed, and WPP collects data in the form of surveys often requiring personal information.  They claim to reward completed surveys in the form of points which amount to paypal cash, gift cards, consumer goods etc.  The issue is they do not.  Their surveys are a scam and they do not reward, there is absolutely no customer service.  Surveys completed often end in error messages thus not allocating agreed points (which as I said add up to cash incenstives and gift cards).  They basically steal your private information and sell it to advertisers, and do not reward completed surveys, usually the error messages pop up after completion of the surveys.  I have used various devices - tablet, smart phone, laptop all with the same result - often faulty technical programming and error messages.  Basically this company is a scam and fraudulent.
