On November 29, 2017, I placed an order for a SATELLITE/TV receiver and paid the required $77.00. When I had not received the item after five days, I asked for shipping details in an email - I did not receive a reply. After about another 5 days I sent a further email, again no reply. Having received no replies, I again sent an email to them - this time informing them that I was filing a report with "RIPOFF REPORTS" - this was on December 15th (today) - still have not heard from them. The company telephone number is automated and refers you to there web site so that "YOU CAN SEND AN EMAIL ABOUT PROBLEMS/DELIVERY ETC". No living person EVER answers the telephone, its just an automatic referable/report system. I advise everyone to stay away from this rip-off company!
