The Likom USA Corporation offered a $50 rebate for my 17" computer monitor IF it was purchased from Outpost.com between 02/01/02 - 02/28/02 (for my Mother's computer) and between 02/27/02-03/26/02 for mine. Both my mother and I bought computers that came with these monitors during the required time frame. We both CAFEFULLY made sure that the REQUIRED information was mailed to Likom (we kept copies). I even called Outpost.com because we had two rebate offers who both wanted the ORIGINAL UPC.. When there is ONLY ONE UPC it is impossible to send it to two companies. The instructions explicitly said the monitors HAD to be purchased from Outpost.com. When I called Outpost.com about two companies needing the original UPC I was advised to send a photocopy along with a note to Likom USA Corp. Neither my mother nor myself (we do not live at same residence) have received our rebate and it is now July 1st. The rebate form states "Allow 10-12 weeks for processing" and "If you do not receive your rebate after 12 weeks, you may call 626-912-0070". It has been 21 weeks for my mother and 19 weeks for mine. We have not yet called this number as we live in NY State. I cannot find a web site or anything on the computer about this company to make an inquiry via E-mail. From some of the reports I have read on this company and this exact same problem on this site, I feel it would be a waste of time to bother making this long distance call. I feel this has been a BIG rip off and I do not know what to do. Deb Sidney, New York
