Lil lodges LLC Steve Sullivan Scammed out of $20,000 Bear Creek Alabama
I wired $20,000 to Steve Sullivan in September 2016 for a down payment on a kozy kottage. I was given an estimated completion date of November. No contact or updates were given and December rolled around and no house. Sent several emails before I got a response and was told that it would be middle to end of January. February will be ending and still no house. Attempted many emails and phone calls but no response to any. I have recently read that I'm not the only one.
