THE TWO DRESSES WERE BOTH DAMAGED AND THE COMPANY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND!! I EVEN MADE SURE TO CONTACT THEM IN THE TWO DAYS THEY GIVE YOU TO MAKE THE REQUEST. This company is a huge rip off. From the moment I ordered, it took weeks to get four items (they all came separately, weeks apart). Two dresses that were part of the order both came damaged and very poor quality. I contacted the company as soon as they arrived to request a return address and refund, even adhering to the "return policy". All I got was excuses, the run around, no actual email with resolve even though I was told I would,. All items came directly from China and they are refusing to take accountability and give me a refund. They are fraudulent, and unprofessional.
