Complaint Review: LILI DPH Trading co. Ltd.

I ordered a pair of Aquatalia loafers that retail for over CAD $400.  This company's website showed that they had my size,  exactly what I was looking for.  I contacted them and questioned them on their pricing because they had listed the pair at US $92.05.  I was reassured by them that they carry good quality items,  and the price differential was due to their merchandize coming straight from the manufacturer.   I was stupid enough to believe them thinking they may be seconds (because I wantead the shoe so badly).  Needless to say, I got very suspicious and cancelled my credit card but not in time to prevent them from pushing the sale through.  They shipped a pair of cheap sneakers instead of the Aquatalia shoes I was waiting for.

I contacted them numerous times and they first agree that I ship the cheap sneakers back and they would refund the money.  Then they said the cost of shipping would be too expensive, I might as well keep the sneakers but they could give me a good discount on another pair which I refused, and then silence.  They don't even respond to my emails any longer.

I don't think I will ever see a refund, but this should be a warning to others.  How can I post something on the web to prevent them from cheating other clients? This outfit is a bunch of crooks and cheats
