WARNING, WARNING, WARNING! DO NOT DO BIZ W/ THIS COMPANY!

These people just don't care! It has been 33 days since i ordered and paid for my product. Nothing at all from them. No search results, no communication unless I start it, and absolute disreegard for MY WISHES.

They LOST my product, can't find it, ruined my Christmas and will do nothing about it accept tell me to be patient. I want my money back. They refuse to give it to me.
