Complaint Review: Lilies gal

 I ordered a outfit in May 2017,received it 6wks later, in all efforts to contact this individual by email no response before it was shipped out,it finally came with out opening the package ,I took it back to post office .wks I contacted my bank to dispute charges. Lili gal said they never received package ,I lost money .but I am absolutely sure they received the package ,she will not respond to emails, she is a ripoff scam artist, so she told bank the package was never returned and would not refund my money. So I lost my money and she got her package back unopened.!!! Something seriously need to be done about this person.
