Complaint Review: Lily Ann Cabinets

Lily Ann Cabinets Bill Decker Lily Ann Cabinets Garbage across the board from material to owner to delivery from misrepresentation every box stamped Malaysia not USA. The whole experience was horrible including customer service, cabinets were broken/poorly made design, guy can't count cabinets.

I have been in the rebuilding and remodeling business for over 30 years ordering kitchen cabinets for that duration through various suppliers. I decided to try lili ann cabinets big mistake horrible experience the designers are not good. The order was wrong which i waited forever for, the cabinets were damaged there crap anyway i had to get replacement cabinets that was another giant problem.

Spoke to owner as they call big bill his name Bill Decker Mr.Bigshot over the phone is very condesending and abrupt when i explained my position and mt customers his position was i dont care and i dont care if you get your missing cabinets that i had paid for. Mr Decker made it perfectly clear that he does not care.

He asked me if he made it clear he dosent care and if not he will repeat himself. So i made him repeat himself to make sure we both understand what king of unprofessional jerk he is. I wouldnt buy a piece of toilet paper from this moron also he advertises cabinets made in USA except every box stamped Malaysia.

Save your time money don't buy from them worst experience they don't care about customers just the money they take again owner Bill Decker unprofessional with a big mouth and a wise guy attitude loves to play big shot.
