Ellen Gregg of Limestone County DHR has lied to the courts in order to kidnap my children ages 6 and 13. She has placed my 6 yr old with her father who is a known abuser and has been arrested for domestic violence and other offences. My 13 yr old is in foster care.
There has never been any abuse or neglect. Both of my girls are well taken care of. This is all due to a nasty divorce and the fact that Ellen Gregg just doesn't like me so she has used her power to remove my children because "she can".
I have taped conversations that prove she has lied under oath. I have documented evidence from our doctor stating there has never been any abuse. Both of my girls are honor role students. This whole thing has been a nightmare.
She and other parties in DHR violated numerous of my children's and my civil rights. They threatened me. Held me captive at DHR. Entered my home without a search warrant. The list goes on and on.
I have not gotten my children back yet.

I know of another case where Ellen Gregg also lied to the courts. This isn't the first time or even the second time she has done this. She has a history of false information and DHR just goes right along with it as do the courts and GAL.
This woman should be fired and anyone who has helped her cover up her lies should be fired too. There needs to be a federal investigation since they use federal funds to commit their crimes. Limestone County needs to be held accountable for the harm they have done to so many families.
I think if enough of us tell what has happened someone will listen. Everyone that has been a victim of Limestone County DHR needs to come on here and report it. Then someone will have to do something. Hats off to Robin for being the first to speak up and having the guts to stand up to these tyrants. I hope you get your children back from these savages soon. The case I referred to is still going on also. I pray the truth comes out soon.
