Last Christmas, my brother sent me a 10K Gold Personalized named Hooped earrings as a Christmas present. It came in broken. I sent to back to Limoges Jewelry via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. After two weeks, I checked with USPS and it showed that the item has been delivered. Two months passed, no item, no refund, no words from them. I e-mailed them only to get no answer back. E-mailed them again, no answer. By them, the delivery confirmation number expired on USPS.com. Is that how they're supposed to do business?

My brother bought the item from limogesjewelry.com and they delivered it to me broken. He never saw the earrings himself. USPS Delivery Confirmation is available online for 90 days and then it disappears so I have no proof to argue with them whether the item was delivered or not.
