LimogesJewelry.com Limoges, though resold through many other companies like Walmart and Target they sent me a broken product and when I sent back my item for a return, it never was returned Internet

I wanted to buy my now-fiance an engagement ring. I did some searching and I loved Limoges Jewelry's selection. I purchased a ring with our names written inside the band and our birthstones were attached outside the band. She loved it!


Unfortunately, one of the stones fell out within 2 days. I called up their support line and within minutes was given an address to send the stone to. We were told that upon receipt of the ring, they would reseat a new stone and mail it back to us. 

Its been three months and it was never mailed back to us. I went on their site and attempted to contact them a week ago using their email form; no response. My fiance and I are now going to have to pick out a new ring, which is a pain, and of course the story of having lost our old one isn't fun to tell. 

If you want something cheap and don't care if it breaks, then this company's okay, but if you want something that's high quality and that will last, I suggest you avoid this company. Their advertised returns policy simply isn't real.

1) is having a new one sent to me

2) is giving me a 20% off discount



I will let everybody know when I receive it. It probably will be close to a month or so because this was a very custom ring.
