LimoDeals.com is slandering rip-off artist. Read this to find out how he uses an out of context rip-off report to slander our company.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sun, February 10, 2008

Dear Limo Operators,
It has come to our attention that Mike Fix of limodeals.com is trying very hard to slander and discredit our company on his websites while trying to compete with us with our own creative ideas and even our sales pitch. While doing so, he actually successfuly ruined his own reputation. He infringed upon our registered trademark and after we demanded that he removes all our content he decided to slander us by posting out of context comments from someone who also tried to rip us off.
We have filed a Rip Off report with www.ripoff.com where we included proof of images where he completely ripped off our sales pitch and used it to compete with us.
I hope you realise that the sales pitch you may have read on his sites which may have influenced your decision in subscribing for his services is none of his original thoughts and in fact belongs to us. Our sales pitch was based on years of experience and we meant every word we say in it, while "The Rat" here is simply nothing more than a pest and a wannabe in our barn.

---------Here is a copy of the report we filed. You be the judge.

Alright, where do I begin...
This Mike Fix, lazy non-creative Soviet mentality loser goes to LimoHosting.com copies the entire home page presentation and pastes it on his phony wannabe-directory site. Speaking of a Rat in your Barn, this small minded ripoff artist then goes to our directory like it's his own freaking collection of good ideas, images and content, takes whatever he wants and under the radar sells our work as his own to even our clients. How do we know? One of those clients once contacted us to advertise with us and we reviewed the site. Wow! I could not believe the audacity this loser has. So we contacted this little pest (who is now hiding behind a PO Box and replaced his WHOIS contact info with a phone that belongs to some unsuspecting woman who speaks Spanish. He obviously could not afford to get a private registration) anyways, we send him a a copy of our real registered service mark with USPTO.gov "Limo Hosting" and informed him that unless he removes our content and stops infringing upon our trademark and continues to capitalize using our copyrighted content, we will sue his little uncreative S.
So he removes some of it, but then continues to use even more of our pages on his duplicate spam sites, using our trademark in his meta tags and just plain copycatting everything we've done. After numerous attempts to convey to this rat that we will not tolerate him in our barn any longer, he got upset like a little girl and actually said: "Why are you harassing me? Alex, you a a bad person" Wow! I did not know whether I should cry or laugh. I thought the guy must have some mental malfunction. So now, this rat decides to go to a war with us by creating another website where he took out of context some pathetic attempt to slander our company by another rip off artist, and without displaying our response. So this phony goofy doofis with a foofy toaster here uses our efforts to pay for his pathetic existence and then wants to slander us. Hey Mike, can you say a LAWSUITE? Anyone should know that this rat with his spam sites has minimal traffic and his money making concept is simple; follow the big players, copy what they do, have nonthreatening prices and solicit existing customers listed in existing and other established directories in violation with the terms of use and policies posted on those directory sites. Speaking of a Rip Off!
As far as I'm concerned, this one gets a Rip Off of The Year award and his new nickname from now on is "Web Rat". Mike, you know that not everything you bite is going to taste good now, right?
Here is a link to the archive of his rip off site. You can compare the sales pitch on it to the one on our website www.limohosting.com
http://web.archive.org/web/20060701081529/www.fixedsite.com/limo_hosting_basic.html
After we confronted him about it, he said something about freedom of speech following threats and insults. So here is the truth.

True story

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

Tue, June 12, 2007

Here is the true story...
Mr. Ravi does not like to pay for the services and decided to slander our reputation with his bogus accusations with intention to cause us financial damages and grief over his bad account.

Naresh Bhandari signed and faxed to us our advertising agreement for recurring monthly charges to least his website in our directory. After two months his credit card failed. He never covered past due fees, nor did he fax his cancellation request to us, nor cancelled his account online. He at all times had access to his billing account with us online, where he could simply log-in and cancel his account.
If he had forgot his password, he could have clicked on "forgot password" link and it would have been emailed to him.

On December 27 2006 we spoke to Naresh for the 2nd time over the phone about his past dues for the month of December, and he promised to update his credit card info saying that he didn't have his card with him at the time, so he continued to procrastinate his payment and we continued to advertise his site.

Once the charges started to pile up he started to avoid our calls. We informed him that according to our simple and straightforward contract, there are no cancellation fees, but we cannot close a past due account, and he would have to bring it current. (He would not like to drive his limo for 2 months and not get paid for it.)

As for his claim that he got no business from us, that is bogus. We have about a million visitors to our directory annually with over 360,000 pageviews monthly. We have provided listings for his website in 30 Cities across 4 States, CT, NY, NJ, PA and sent him hundreds of unique visitors.

The truth is, Mr.Bhandari or (Ravi) does not want to pay or honor his contracts. This is probably why his card got cancelled too. As of now, he is still past due and had not submitted any payments nor written cancellations to us, by mail, email or fax or online.

As for him claiming in writing to BBB that he would let other companies know not to do business with us, that is grounds for a law suite for defamation and slander and we will take all legal actions necessary against his person as soon as we find out about it. So I recommend that Mr. Bhandari refreshes his memory by reading our one-page contract and takes back his falls claims and accusations, as we also have 3rd party statistics to prove just how many visitors we have sent his way. Perhaps the reason why he can't book any rides is because he probably handles his prospective customers in a similar way he handled us. As of April 18 2007 Mr.Bhandary's account is 5 months past due.

We continue to email him his invoices. No payments from this individual to us yet. However he does have the time to try and slander our reputation. We will seek legal actions so it is clear to this individual that what he is doing is wrong and not without consequences, and the contract he signed with us is legally binding.

We have his signed contract, including his ability to access his account online (also provided by a 3rd party), statistics on how many visitors he received from our directory, invoices as well as 3rd party records of dates of calls dialed into our office by this individual and to him from our office.
