Limos.com is a total scam. The government needs to take a really close look at their operation because what they do is ILLEGAL.
We signed up with them and only listed a couple of vehicles on their site. When we signed up they had pay per lead system which is a total scam and the one click reservations. We never booked one lead. Our rates are very competitive compared to other companies in our area, so the reason why we didnt book any of their leads was because the leads were fake. Then they switched our account to a monthly plan instead of pay per lead. They started us with $350 per month and every other month their manager would call us to raise our monthly fee to $500 then $850 then $1050 then $1500 for only a couple of cars listed on their site. They wanted to raise even more but we said we wont stay if the rate goes higher. With their one click reservations they were charging us a booking fee which they would keep, but they were also keeping 15% of our gratuity! A couple of months later they started to charge us 2.9% processing fee for each order. They didnt even notify us that they were going to start charging a processing fee. That is totally illegal. They could not get enough money from us. We sent them an e-mail requesting to take off the monthly fee or we would be leaving because it came to a point we were not making any profit with them. What did they do? They simply cancelled all of 8 BS one click reservations and shut our account off!
Who ever is thinking of signing up with them think twice. They will lure you in with some nice orders in the beginning then they start to rip you off as time goes by.
