Complaint Review: Lincoln Heritage Life Insurance Co.

This company took money out of my account after they were asked to cancel the account. When I called them about it they told me i had to wait ten days, before they could send the money back,also whw\en they took money out of my account, it caused a overdraft, i was refunded that money.the policy was canceled 9-25-06 and it was taken out 9-28-06.i called again around the 1st of oct and again around the 7th or 8th of oct.now they want me to sign a cancelation form that they are SUPPOSED to send out,of coarse i havent received it,now ill have to put a stop payment on my bank account ,for my own protection,to keep them out of my account,whitch will cost me $15.00
