I was a student at the Brockton Lincoln Tech from 2008-2009.
I was initially very excited to go back to school and finally get the certification that I was told I needed to become a medical assistant.  I actually wanted to go to nursing school, but the schools around here have a lot of waiting lists, so I figured I'd get my medical assistant certification, so I could do that while I waited to get into nursing school.
I began my schooling expecting to have a professional environment, and did not get much of that.  The school had very few supplies to allow us to practice things like phlebotomy.  There were times we didn't even have band-aids in the lab.  The teachers were concerned about us having our hair up, but often didn't even have safe needle disposal units.  Some of the teachers were extremely unprofessional and unqualified.  We had a teacher who was dating students, and not much was done about it.
There were also serious issues with people who were trouble makers and enjoyed fighting with other students.  Not much was done about these issues either, because I think that the teachers were afraid of these people as well.
In the end, I graduated Lincoln Tech with Honors and began my search for a job, not long afterwards.  I got very little support from career services, even though I was an honors student.  There was one decent person in career services who tried to help, but even then, she was sending me to places an hour and a half away from home for interviews.  I went for one interview where I would have been hired, but was told that I shouldn't go there by that same helpful person--because the doctors office may not even be licensed after long..Another interview, I was told that I seemed great, but she had had such bad experiences with Lincoln Tech that she wasn't going to hire me based on that.
I'd have to say that going to Lincoln Tech was one of the worst decisions I could have made if I wanted to get into the career I wanted to get into.  I spent many months after school was finished unemployed, until Lincoln Tech called me to give me a one day temp job, through an agency.  I did not get a job out of that, but started to contact the agency for jobs that might be interesting to me.  I got a job, but I am still working temporarily at a mental health facility, as a receptionist, not even as a medical assistant.  I would have been qualified for more than a receptionist job prior to going to medical assistant school!
I am paying very large bills for loans, and Lincoln Tech is also sending me separate bills trying to say I owe more on top of the student loans I am paying faithfully each month!
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.  Go to a local community college and study, you'll get a good education, and it will cost you half the price, and less headaches.
