Linda Lee Apartment Linda Salzman Enters apartments without prior notice or reasonable cause to harass or at worst destroy people's lives Van Nuys, California

Assuming that her tenants are incapable of reading beyond the level of a 5th grader, the manager Linda, tries to justify her actions by saying they agreed to it, when in fact the contract says "Owner may enter the premises without advance notice to renter in case of an emergency." and must provide a notice in all non-emergency situations.

This manager entered my apartment multiple times without prior notice, to sneeze into a towel, and to cause permanent disfigurement by contaminating my food with something only someone with access to private knowledge would have known about. The fact is that she has been relentless in her pursuit to do damage by contaminating my food, as I found out after throwing out all the possibly contaminated food to only find out that new food was contaminated the following day.

When I informed her of a possible burglary, she exposed herself as a burglar by trying to humiliate me by insinuating that I was a schizophrenic, based on he number of prescription drugs I had in my cabinet, which she would have been unaware of without entering my apartment illegally.

I have seen her go into units while tenants were away without any evident reason, as a form of recreation, to make them feel like they lived on the street. When confronted with anything or if she has a sense of being insulted in the most indirect manner, she will take it very personally and use it to justify a relentless pursuit in turning a tenant's life upside down.

Beware, it has no option but to ignore this report.  Attempting to remove it would be as futile as attempting to disprove its own snapshot taken in the midst of a crime.  It is the psychopath's DNA.

IMPASSIONED FOLLOWER

... Linda was an easy convert to his wacky theology and is now ready to strike out at the world in a crusade extolling the power and freedom imbued in the derided beliefs of the now incarcerated P. Garr...

Here are some of the tenents:

- No concern of consciousness is to be admitted especially if your victim is paying you rent.  To the contrary, such wickedness is to be embraced in the making of the supreme predator that you are becoming.

  - The universe could not care less for the cries of the those unprotected souls who are bound by silence, lest they be charged with eviction upon empty accusations of breach to the right of the exclusive possession of the unit.

  - Anger at renters in the form of carpet staining, sneezing into towels, and spitting into their food is to be measured by its impact on the renter's obsequiousness towards your cavalier status.

Short of a DNA sample from Linda Salzman showing that it is different from the DNA in the clumps of spit she left behind in her burglaries, it can be concluded that she is a crook who steals from tenants.

Written Lease?

What are the written terms of your lease agreement.  The agreement should specifically state when and how they may enter your apartment.

If they have broken a provision of the written lease agreement, you may leave or take them to court.

Another thing might be to send the OWNER of the building a certified, RRR letter to inform the OWNER of these actions and the increased risk of liabiliy the owner is exposed to because the manager is acting as an agent of the owner-thus the owner is responsible for the improper/illegal actions of the manager.

I know-I own rental units in the Buffalo area.  The first thing you need to do is put the OWNER on notice of these actions.  Then SUE for breach of contract.  If ILLEGAL ACTS are performed by the manager, call 911 and file a complete police report.

Good luck.

Your apparent nonchalance about burglary says that you do not know what it feels like to be burglarized or that you are the manager at issue.

Burglary - the entering of a building with the intent to commit a crime

What purpose does a restriction on the placement of items on a window sill serve?
Does having things on a window sill make it a fire hazard?

If anything, it serves as a deterrence to burglary.  However, to the fevered mind of an apartment manager who habitually burglarizes, it jeopardizes their ability to conduct business as usual, and therefore warrants being placed on a lease agreement, regardless of how trivial it may seem to the average citizen.

It is the manager who chooses to bring unsuspecting tenants into her Orwellian world, where she can proclaim "I am the manager" or "no heart" to neutralize and threaten any individual's will to economic liberty.

YOU STATE---

"tenants are incapable of reading beyond the level of a 5th grader"

After reading your numerous rants, I'm going to have to agree with you..maybe Linda did enter your apartment...or maybe she didn't.  In reality, you do write as if you are a 5th grader and quite apparently, you might have a touch of schizophrenia and paranoia.

"When I informed her of a possible burglary, she exposed herself as a burglar by trying to humiliate me by insinuating that I was a schizophrenic, based on he (sic) number of prescription drugs I had in my cabinet, which she would have been unaware of without entering my apartment illegally."

Mama always said you were slightly "artistic."

I presume that you are regularly seeing psychiatrist. Stay with your physican and keep taking the proper medication.
Good luck!

Assuming her tenants are incapable of reading beyond the level of a 5th grader, Linda Salzman, the manager, tries to justify her actions by saying they agreed to it, when in fact the contract says "Owner may enter the premises without advance notice to renter in case of an emergency." and must provide a notice in all non-emergency situations.

This manager entered my apartment multiple times without prior notice, to sneeze into a towel, and to contaminate my food with something that only someone who had access to private knowledge would have known would lead to hair loss.  As I found out after throwing out all the possibly contaminated food to only find that new food was contaminated the following day, it became apparent that she would be relentless in her pursuit to ruin my life.

When I informed her of a possible burglary, she exposed herself as a burglar by trying to humiliate me in insinuating that I was schizophrenic, based on the number of prescription drugs I had in my cabinet, which she would have been unaware of without entering my apartment without prior notification.

As I witnessed, while tenants were away, she would regularly go into units for nothing other than to make them feel controlled, as though they were living on the street.  One way she protects herself is by restricting tenants from putting anything on the window sill, especially anything that could get her in trouble.  When confronted with anything and if she feels even the slightest bit insulted, she would take it very personally and use it to justify a relentless pursuit in turning a tenant's life upside down and even ruining his life if possible.

This manager entered my apartment multiple times without prior notice, to sneeze into a towel, and permanently disfigure by contaminating food with something only someone with access to private knowledge would have known about. In fact she was relentless in her pursuit to do damage by contaminating my food, as I found out after throwing out all the possibly contaminated food to only find out that new food was contaminated the following day.

I have seen her enter units without any evident reason, as though corruption was insurmountable in her line of work. If sensing an insult even in the most indirect manner, she will take it very personally and use it to justify a relentless pursuit of turning a tenant's life upside down and even destroying it if possible.
