Like another client, I place my order in ealry December. My credit card was charged immediately.  I requested an update two weeks later and was advised I would have it before Christmas.  The package arrived as promised but one of the necklaces was not properlly assembled.  I requested the return address, as no such contact info is provided on their site.  I got a response asking to be more specific as to the defects of the necklace.  I responded immediately. And then they stopped responding.  I have been trying to get them to provide their return address so that I can return the defective necklast for 10 days.  My five emails have been ignored.  As for the product itself, besides the one defective necklace, the engraving on all items is so small you need a magnifying glass to read it. They actually ship their items in plastic bags that have a magnifying feature.  I couldn't tell the front from the back of one item, because the font was so light and tiny.  They items are not as advertised and they make returning an item impossible.  Stay clear of this store.
