I bought two sofas from Rooms Express but picked them up at Linder's the GARDEN GROVE WAREHOUSE. 3 Out of 4 Toss pillows were defective. On each sofa one of the four legs were defective. The Duster was loose and hanging on one of the sofas.

Within 3 Hours of leaving the warehouse with my new sofas I was already trying to call them to Alert them of these Defective items and problems. They told me I had to return them to the Warehouse for them to fix. Yes they said Fix not replace.

I reguested to speak to the Manager for two days in a row and left 4 messages for her and never got a return phone call.

My husband ended up going to the Home Depot to buy a tool to fix the broken treading on the legs of the sofas. He also ended up restapeling the duster on.

I have not as of yet brought the toss pillows back due to the warehouse being over 20 miles away and they are not open today Sunday. BUT I'LL BE GOING this week. Don't SIGN Anything until you inspected and put together all parts. IF YOU DON'T PAY TO HAVE IT DELIVERED THEY ARE SETTING YOU UP TO FAIL.
