Ordered a Bedroom Set complete, spent over $4000.00 and it came incomplete and damaged. I called the Customer Service Manager and all i got was more lip service.

I was told I would have replacement parts in 2 days. I drove 45 miles to pick up the parts myself and they were not there. We are now hitting the 16th day and still nothing. The customer Service Manager seems to be a magician because everytime I call she does a disapearing act.

When I made my trip to Linder's Corporate Office, I must have made a mistake and went to the Magic Castle in Hollywood because there was even more disapearing acts.

I did happen to meet a independent salesman in the parking lot who introduced me to the owner of this establishment. I told him my problem and the most arrogant tone said "These things Happen" I eplained they have been happening for 2 weeks now. He then said he had numerous trucks leaving the warehouse daily. I said that is great how about loading one with my missing parts, or picking the bedroom set up? I got no answer.

How can you expect the employees to take pride in the Company when the owner could care less about the consumer.

I would steer clear of Linder's. I would rather sit on the floor the rest of my life than ever purchase anything from this "Could Care Less About the Customer Company"

They claim they have Great Customer Service in their top ten list. I Found the girls that run the customer service department have more sense and people skills than the owner or senior management. Stay Away from this Place unless you are a Glutton for punishment!

I own a furniture store, and it's business owners like this that give customers lack of confidence in dealing with legitimate businessmen. When a customer spends $ 4000 with us, we will do whatever it takes to keep them satisfied, no matter what it takes, or who's fault it is. Making a profit is not our most important issue. Treating customers like human beings, and giving them the respect they deserve is what's most important. By following that rule, the profits flow in automatically, and we never have to hide when customers return. Shame on you Linder's Furniture.

I even checked with the BBB and found plenty of bad business with Linder's

I checked with the Southern California Better Business Bureau also. They rate Linder's as quote "We Rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of compliants alleging delays in delivery and refund disputes." I hope Phil Linder is very happy on how he treats customers of Linder's or may I say former customers.
