Complaint Review: Linder's Furniture

Linder's Furniture ripoff, fraud, delivered broken furniture, and have not fixed it. Laguna Hills California

I purchased $11,000 worth of furniture in July. One item was a special order manufactured by Berkline. It was a theatre seating for 3 in leather with an electric motor. The middle seat was broken, and did not work at all.

I called the store where I purchased the furniture, and they said they would let customer service know.

Customer service did call, but gave me the run-around. A technician from Linder's came out 2 days later, and confirmed the chair was broken. Duh...

Well, that was in September. The customer service informed me that they would order the motor/parts. Verbatim they told me it would be 4-6 weeks to receive.

So, I waited. I then called customer service again, and they directed me to management. The manager I find out 2 weeks ago- Michael Bouchet- walked out due to poor company standards. Kudos for him.

This morning I called Berkline direct, and they told me that the part only takes 3-5 days to get. I have been waiting for this part for 2 months. Not only have I been waiting, but I also bought their extended warantee- A lot of good that did me!

Linder's Furniture lies & sells shoddy furniture- and does not back up anything they sell. This is my last attempt before I get my attorney brother involved. And, let's just say he is not as nice as I am.
