Recieved a letter in the mail stating that Bell County has issued a collection and disposition for a case that is pending against me. I must return a payment of $439.50 within 10 days or an arrest warrant will be issued in my case. The next page was a description of the offence: False statement on drivers licence appication.
I haven't been in TX for over 25 years!
Calling my lawyer for answers!!
