This law company has their name with a P.O. Box 659443 San Antonio, Texas, then the lawyer signing the letter is located in Jacksonville, Florida...I checked the florida bar association and search for the this lawyer and he doesn't exist and the law firm has a website that is an obvious scam as it does not have any disclaimer or affiliation to any official site. They do have however the website for the the florida's turnpike, the toll by plate website and the sunpass website, but this is only to try to make you believe it is a real organization. Be very careful. Another red flag is the Vehicle License Plate does not match the real one and the person they address the letter to is not the correct name. I called the sunpass 800 number and verify there is no pending toll issues as I have a transponder active in that car. Always investigate any letter that gets to you out of the blue. Scams will always come in different forms. Be very careful.
