I purchased a comforter 10/1/2007 confirmation #B204342652. Item never came.Called in December, 2007. They said they would contact supplier. Never heard back.
Called 02/13/2008 and spoke with Linda. She said she would contact supplier and call me back. Never called.
I called 02/14/2008 and Linda said item is no longer available and would issue refund in 7 days and they sent an email confirming order canceled. No refund was ever issued.

Called every week in May, no one answers phone - goes directly to voice mail. Emailed 06/09/2008. Got a response from customer service Elise Roman that they would contact me the next day. Never heard back.
I have all documentation to back up my complaint.
I believe they are running a scam operation. They stall until the time limit has run out for your credit card company to handle the issue.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB in southeast Florida. This company has an "F" rating with 64 complaints to the BBB in the last 36 months.
I have also filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's office and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

If you have also been scammed, please contact and file a complaint with these offices also. This operation must be stopped and their web page taken down!

After 9 months of dealing with this company to get my refund, on 6-23-08 I received the following email from Elise in customer service....

" I have been following up with our Credits Department but I have been notified that we are no longer processing credit cards through the merchant bank used for your purchase. Therefore, after various attempts we have been receiving processing errors to refund the card on the record. Unfortunately, you will need to contact your credit card company to have the charges reversed."

They no longer process Mastercard? Since when?

When I called my credit card about their claim.... "after various attempts we have been receiving processing errors to refund the card" ....I was told this was a lie and Linens4you had never tried to refund my account. My credit card company asked that I mail a copy of this email to them so that they can investigate.

For Crying out loud!! How many posts must be posted even on this site before someone steps up here??? I am so tired of companies ripping people off and nobody does a da** thin about it??? Why even complain if all you all are going to do is just read this??? Get some freaking reporters on the scene or something!!!! How many people must be ripped off here???
Isn't it about time that even you all at rip iff report.com investigate this fraudulent company??? C'mon .....even my nine year old knows whats up !!

This company has over 500 items listed on ioffer.com even though they do not answer their phones, do not ship items paid for, or give refunds on canceled items. Check out their rating with the BBB of Southeast Florida.
