Complaint Review: Linerworld.com

 I bought a pool liner from them last year (may 2015) for almost $300. I ordered the shark nation liner which is very colorful. It has faded to a point where is had almost no color. I came home from work last week to all the water running out from under my pool. This was a Friday so they were closed so I emailed them and they emailed me back and wanted pics so I emailed pictures back to them of the liner and the rip IN THE SEAM! Today is Monday and I have called them to try to see if a warranty covered it since the rip was in the seam. I was informed that because it was in the seam I could get $100 off a new liner. I told the girl I would talk to my husband and call back to order one. I called back within 15 minutes and I was told this time that I could,only get $50 off a new liner so I tried to talk to a manager and she said she was in a meeting and she would have the manager to call me back. 3 hours later no call back so I called them and the girl who,answered the phone this time told me she was the manager and told me the $50 off a new liner was all she could do. So I decided,instead of buying the same $300 liner I would just go with the plain blue one and then I was told the $50 off could only be used towards the purchase of the same liner I originally purchased. I asked to speak with a owner and she put me on hold and when she came back she said she could do the $50 off for the plain blue liner. I'm so frustrated that I just went ahead and ordered the plain liner before their warranty rules changed again. The description for their liners say 15 year manufacturer warranty and lifetime liner world warranty!! YEA OK!!! Just beware of their warranty! It is not what they say it is!!
