Complaint Review: lingerie diva.com

I have ordered twice from this company. The first time I bought something, as I was putting on the corset, the eyelets came popping off.  I thought that I bought something cheap and that's what you get for buying some but cheap.  This time I bought something that wasn't normally cheap. It was a valentine's day sale so I thought what the heck. I bought it anyway against my better judgmen. I got it 2 days late and the product was a piece in of garbage.  It was falling apart.  I returned it back immediately.  I gave them a week and half before I started to call.  Every time I  called I got a run around.  I tried to be patient but 2 months have gone by I call again.  They tell me that I should get my refund in the next two days. I say thanks. The next day I get my refund I Pa d $23.24 for the item and I get only $9.40. I get less then half back because I used the shipping label that they told me to use.  That' s insane. I told them I had enough with them. I want my money back and they told me no.  Everyone stay away from this company.  They might be cheap but they give you garbage and their customer service is horrific.  There's none.  I'm in customer service and what I received from this company is nothing in the sought.  Horrible company and stay away.
