Complaint Review: Lingerie Diva

The company makes several exagerated claims, including:

1. "Lingerie Diva has been the leader in online lingerie sales since 1998."

This statement is false. The domain name was not created/registered until April of 2003.

2. "Our orders come packaged nicer than any other competing site."

Another exagerated claim. Lingerie Diva does not share which websites they have purchased from to thoroughly compare their packaging versus websites from whom they've purchased to make above claim. Furthermore, the company does not explain how their packaging is "nicer".

3. "We also provide the very best customer service in the industry."

We have attempted to reach the company by phone no less than 10 times to request their input prior to the filing of this report, however, in all attempts to contact the company no one answered the phone. Other lingerie websites were able to answer the phone within two rings on multiple occasions.

Our experience indicates that companies making fraudlent claims are more likely to institute poor policies and practices. Steer clear of companies such as Lingerie Diva.
