Lingerie Diva - Kay SCAM - Never received merchandise nor will they help. Its been over 20 days Kansas City Internet

I placed an order on December 29 and as of Janaury 23rd I have still not received merchandise. They ship via postal service. The delivery confirmation says it was delivered yet the mailman says he did noty. They said they would file a claim and that was fine but every time I talk to them they give me more delays and excuses.

I asked to have it re-shipped they said they couldnt until the claim was filed and more run around. Kay, was nice at first and tried to help but then became rude and dishonest on a subseqent call, once I stated how bad the experience was and that this was taking in inordinate amoutn of time for resolution. I requested a refund because at this point they can't tell me about the claim (they insist on filing the claim for me so I have no information to follow up with USPS) I requested an email regarding when to to expect my refund and the procedures. I have not received any such information thus far. 

I see other people never recieved their merchandise or refund. This appears to be a scam they run and never intend on delivering the merchandise.
