Complaint Review: Lingerie Diva

RIPOFF!

I ordered several products from this company but never received my order.

I contacted them repeatedly to tell them but they insisted it was sent and told me it could take several weeks.

I had to initiate a charge-back action with my bank to get my money back.

Lingerie Diva will not respond to email inquires; all they did was send me the phone number for the Post Office and tell me to call them myself to find my order.

Strongly recommend you shop elsewhere, this company is run by scam artists.
