Link America Orientation was a mess, the whole company seemed to be a mess Fort Worth, Texas
After arriving for orientation, it was obvious they were disorganized. The only one who made any sense was the safety guy. The orientation girl took us out into the office to meet everyone. I don't know why, no one would speak to us. Alot of people whispering, not sure if they were making fun of our group or what. I saw alot of girls that looked like lot lizards. Short skirts, you could almost see everything. A ton of makeup. I met my recruiter, the gay black guy. I guess you can't discriminate against that kind. But he was too much, When I talked to him on the phone he talked alot of b.s. and would never shut up. So when the girl introduced us to recruiting, no one even looked up at us. And then we get back in our room and find out there are no trucks. Your kiddin me, I just went thru this sloppy orientation and met a bunch of rude people and it find out my recrfuiter lied and I don't get a truck to go to work. Where's the joke. Warning to all drivers and just like alot of other compaines out there, these people lie just like the others. These big companies just want numbers not real people.
