Linked Agency, Eric Miller Website and ACA software Never Delived Huntersville, North Carolina Internet
I ordered both a website and multiple software subscriptions for ACA health insurance enrollment for my new insurance agency.
The website was never completed although payment of $500 was required in full upfront. I realized that they still went ahead and made the website live and requested an in person meeting to correct. They didn't show up for the meeting.
The ACA health insurance enrollment software required up front fees for each for my insurance agents. The software was initially delayed, but ultimately never completed or delivered. Linked Agency blamed healthcare.gov for not being able to complete the project and agreed not to charge me monthly going forward, but did not refund any of the deposits.
I would never use or trust this company for website creation or software solutions.
