DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SERVICE! It is a hoax!!! The websites are all fabricated. Many of the websites have a different URL but the same exact template and none of your links ever show up in Google searches. The only way this can happen is if the site you are exchanging links with is blocked by google and/or if the site is blocking google bots. In many cases the sites do not even appear on a basic google search, much less your link. The websites featured are all in Singapore and Vietnam (so that obviously you can't verify the address and legitimacy of the business, and they all have the same general theme and layout to their websites because the websites are all fabricated, with the exception of the websites of people like you and me being duped by whoever's behind the scam.

Even after a few days or weeks, your exchanged link should show up on a google search, but it never does with this service for any site you exchange with. They even have websites with over 3,000 exchanged links but page ranks of 0, which is impossible with a real website.

I am a former computer systems engineer with 12 years experience. I have been an IT Manager and I have extensive experience in Web 2.0, web design, and SEO. I know what I am talking about. Like everyone else, I thought this was a legitimate service until I did some basic investigating. They limit your use of the service with the free account which allows their scheme to go unnoticed. But once you pay and you get the unlimited access, you won't realize its a scam until after you've exchanged numerous links only to discover that you can not find a single one on Google.
