I went round and round with their customer service department, who insisted I had to return the item (at my expense) to get a full refund. I did return it, with tracking and they received it, but never issued my refund, Internet
Sent me a poorly made substitute for the swimsuit I ordered. The fabric was very cheap, and no support at all. I went round and round with them on their website, then contacted PayPal. I ultimately returned the item to their consignee located in the US in Maryland, but still a refund was not issued. I again contacted PayPal and escalated the issue. This business needs to be shutdown
