I recieved my order from this company late.. due to blizzards .. when it did come in I was sick and did not want to use it.. I tried a number of times to get thru to the point of my cell phone batterries going dead.. there also was a online chat rep(lol) who never comes online either.. I finally decided to just send it back with a postal tracking receipt. I went to the post office filled out the forms paid for it then came home.  


This whole time I was on hold with online chat.. waiting for a rep. LOL


 I also had my cell phone connection on hold  with 18 people infront of my call


I stuck it out on hold with only 2 battery bars left. then all of the sudden the company took away my right too hold for the next rep and said that they were going to call me back @###-###-####. then hung up on me. NICE and RUDE.


When they did decide to all back the woman (use the word loosley) was all rude and said sorry you cannot return your product it had to be returned 45 days from ordering. " Like I should know this as I never opened the product" I kindly said to her sorry but it is already on the way and yes I can return and unopened product.


She threaten me at that point with sending me to Collection agency if I did not pay them their money. Mine you I sent it back but I still have to pay for it? Do I look stupid? don't answer that! :) i know i should not have even went there in the first place. .


Stay away from this company! They are robbots
