I have purchased a linksys router for my laptop. I work on the road so my home is my office. I have call 12+ times to customer service and technical support and they have determined that the unit is defective.

Now they are requiring me to give them a credit card number for them to send me a new unit and the old unit back. Once recieved they will release the credit card. In the mean time there tech support refuses to help temporarily fixed the problem because it has been determined defective.

I have lost over 15 hours on the phone alone not to mention multiple deadlines due to lack of internet usage from this piece of..... I have most recently asked for them to send me a postage paid package for me to send this back and they have refused. the only other option is that I pay for this to be shipped tp them and they ship a new one back which would be at least a 5-7 business day turn around in return costs me time and money.

I dont not feel that i should have to spend a penny on any of this for they have cost me enough money already. The unit isnt worthy of be a paper weight, door jam, or the little bit of energy that it would take to have the thing put in a plastic bin to be recycled.
