I called linksys about my ethernetfast CABLE/DSL ROUTER because every 2 weeks it looses the code to stay on line. When called they get it back working again cool no problem until another 2 weeks go by and the samething happens again. There goes another call to them at this point they tell you we can get it back working again for you but it sounds like your product is defective gee what ever gave you that idea. We can ship you another one off to you free of charge then you send the old one back to us, no problem. In the mean time you ship the defective product back to them and they will send you a new one but it will cost you in the mean time they want you to put it on a credit card. I already paid once for it why do you have to pay double the cost for it. Then when you ship the defective one back you pay shipping ok I can do that just send me the new one that is still under warranty for a 1 year. They say we still need a credit card to pay for the new one I said what happened to the warranty oh you still do have that yah well were is it. So the point is watch out for linksys if you are having problems with it you can call & call to change the codes until you are blue in the face and you can listen to them say we will send you out a new one free of charge will not cost you nothing because it is under warranty. Well I guess warrantys dont mean anything now days. Even thou you bought it once in the end you will pay double the amount for it well it is not happing to me I dont have sucker wrote on my head. If anyone has any idea's please let me no.
