I RECEIVED A LINKYO TONER CARTRIDGE (TN 660 , GENERIC) FOR MY BROTHER 2340 LASER PRINTER AS A GIFT FROM A FRIEND. AFTER USING IT FOR ABOUT 300 PAGES IT STARTED PRINTING A VERTICAL LINE ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE PAGE.

WHEN I PUT THE BROTHER BRAND TONER CARTRIDGE THAT WAS MADE BY BROTHER DIRECLTY BACK INTO THE PRINTER IT DID NOT HAVE THAT PROBLEM

THIS TONER CARTRIDGE WAS AN EXTRA CAPACITY TONER CARTRIDGE THAT HAS A YIELD OF 2600 PAGES.

AFTER RESARCHING THIS ONLINE I FOUND OTHER CONSUMERS WHO BOUGHT TONER FROM LINKYO ALSO HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE TONER.

LINKYO REFUSES TO SEND ME A REFUND DIRECLTY THEY WILL ONLY REFUND TO MY FRIEND WHO GAVE ME THIS AS A GIFT. THIS IS NONSENSE.

I AM THE OWNER OF THE TONER NOW. I HAVE THE BOX AND THE UNUSED TONER AS WELL THE OTHER SEALED PACKAGE OF TONER AND OFFERED TO SHIP IT BACK PROVIDED THEY SEND ME A PRE-PAID POSTAGE LABEL AND THEY STILL REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND DIRECTLY.
