Complaint Review: LIONESSE

I was shopping and was inviited in by ralph  to try out eye cream was asked what cream and he went on to say that they have a great eye cream called white pearl facelift filler it would take away bags i have under my eyes i said, to him with all the money i spent on eyes creams i should of done eye surgey but i wanted to avoid going  under a knief. ralph proceeded to say put this cream  on every night only.  and all puffiness wrinkles bags will be elimianted, i asked him (so i do not need surgery he said no just this eye cream he said i wont be  disappointed)  he put cream on face and yes i did see a remarkable difference on my eyes. he did not say this  was a temporary fix for my eyes this it takes the puffiness away but when you wash your face all puffiness comes back i put this on the sameday  i bought and in morning my eyes were just the same and worse.to top this off he did not   say i could not get a refund as a matter of fact i found out there was no refunds upon reading on my reciept and when customer moved from counter i notice a no refund posted AFTER the fact i bought product

ralph mis represented this product by all means. and now im out 350.00
