On August 8,2018 I saw an add for FIFTH ANNIVERSARY Synthetic Lace Front Wig, Hand Tied, colored Sugar Silver for $33.38. I liked the wig style so I put that wig in my cart and bought another wig, Synthetic Lace Front (Amazing BOB Wig) in color Silver Mist with dark roots, for $34.35, for a total of $67.73.

The Customer Service Guarantee was written very strongly that I could keep the wigs 30 days, try them on and if I didn't like them for any reason, they would refund my money 100% if I wasn't satisfied.

I paid through Pay Pal. The wigs arrived on August 31, 2018, which still fell within the 30 day guarantee range.

Neither wig looked like the pictures, the wig with approximately 1/2" of dark roots on each side, with silver hair, was actually a dark black wig, with about 3" of silver hair at the bottome.

I immediately wrote an e-mail to the company describing my unhappiness with their products, they wrote back and offered me $5.00 return.  I wasn't happy with that information, so the next e-mail to and from them, they offered 20% refund. I told them I wanted them to give me their 100% guarantee. I finally had to threaten thsat I would go on social media to report them.

I finally got an e-mail dated September 14, 2018 with instructions and the address to return the wigs to. Unfortunately, when I took the wigs to the post office, it was going to cost $30 or more to mail the package and get a delivery confirmation.

I chose not to mail back the wigs.

Interestlingly, Lions Head wigs no longer exist, in it's place is a company called Phylly Wigs, with the same contact information, the same guarantee and picture of their buioding and the wigs.

Their is a pop up on the side when you look at a wig that tells you that over 7,000 patrons have purchased their wigs! At $33.0 ea x 7,000 they made a killing at $231,000 dollars, then I'm assuming going bankrupt!

What a scam! I will never buy another wig from their company or anyone affiliated with them. It's sad that we are scammed in this way, with them knowing in the end we most likely will drop the issue.

Very unhappy!
