Lipcoco eGrow Company falsely advertises quality products as thier own but delivers cheap replicas that do not resemble the advertised product. Guangzhou Guangdong
The website advertises quality products as heavily reduced. These products are not the actual article for sale. For example the coat that I purchased was a fully lined, faux fur coat reduced from $180US to $42US (looks identical to a Bardot product).
What arrived was a cheaply produced, single ply, thin version of polar fleece robe, asymmetrically cut out and overlocked together. I made an incorrect assumption that I was buying from the US due to the web address and US dollars. In hindsight I now see online reviews indicate that this is a Chinese company who are known to produce poor quality products that in no way resemble the article in their advertising; and they regularly do not honour reimbursements. In my case, they have asked that I return the product at my expense prior to being determined if I meet the requirements of their policy and being eligible for a reimbursement.
The postage alone is worth more than this cheaply pirated product. The company have offered a $10 (currency not mentioned) repayment. The company appears to be linked to eGrow which also has many negative reviews online. The eGrow name is the sender address that appears on the package and is located in NSW.
