Complaint Review: LipoBan Clinic

The Lipoban clinic does not treat there customers fairly. they intentionly let there phones go to voice mail. They also use things like sending out letters and holding customer refunds/survey money for a minimum of 30 days.

If you are lucky enough to reach a CSR you will be told your refund will be given to you in 7-10 days. which is untrue. If you are not happy with their products i suggest you return them with delivery conf. and once you recieve the conformation back you should call them and tell them that if your refund is not posted to your card in 5 business days you will dispute.

each time you dispute a charge on your card with them it does cost them money. after the second dispute they usually lose. so don't give up on the first denial.

don't buy from them unless you want to have a major run around on getting your money back.
