I ordered Lipoban from an ad I received from them. I became one of their trial customers and would receive $50 at the end of the test.

I didn't like the stuff and it doesn't even work. I returned the 2 almost full bottles within the 30 days. They promised a money back no questions asked guarantee. I called their customer support line to find out when I would receive my refund of $79.95 (the purchase price) and they said right away it would be taken care of and sent out (1-15-03). The 2nd time I called I was again told it would be taken care of right away (1-29-03). Here it is 2-10-03 and still no refund!

I had emailed on 2-7-03 to lipoban@bellsouth.net with only an answer that I need to send them a copy of the cancelled check. Each time I call they bring up my personal information on the computer, they know that I have returned the bottles and they have received them. This was supposed to have been taken care of more than a month ago. SO MUCH FOR NO QUESTIONS ASKED GUARANTEE!

I ordered this product, and it never came in the first place! They ripped the money out of my grandmothers credit card, and didn't even bother sending it!

I am SO glad I came across this website.I happened to find an advertisement in the Sunday paper for the Lipoban Clinic, and how you coupld get paid to lose weight etc.I filled out the form, and sent it in.

Now I know their game plan, and their "lures".I will not be ordering their products.I think it is disrespectful, and greedy to make false accusations about this product. You should be ashamed of yourself.Wanna prove it works-send me a free sample, and I will see for myself.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is the same for all customers. If A refund is requested we must have proof of payment. If you take something back to the store you need to have a receipt. Refunds will be issued when all requested documentation is received. Being rude will not get me to change my mind. Thank you for your time and input. I will not responed to anymore of your comments.

Still No Refund

I wrote the rip-off report. Here it is February 20th, and still no refund. I emailed a copy of my cancelled check and was told by REGINA that because I am so obnoxious that I will be put last in line to receive my refund. Yah they have great customer service - blah!

The customer reps there need to be re-trained. Why is that when I called the first two times NEITHER of the reps said I needed to have a copy of my cancelled check? Why doesn't the refund policy state that in their advertisements? I wouldn't have had such a problem if I hadn't been lied to NOT ONCE, NOT TWICE BUT THREE TIMES!

Here I sit still waiting for my refund when I sent them back their requested information and bottles of worthless product in January! I have numerous emails from Regina and in one she says they have 30 days from the time they receive the information to return my money, then the next email where she was being nasty to me (HER CUSTOMER) she said they have 60 days. Does anyone there know what's going on? Where's my money?

I am not a wealthy person and $80 is a lot of money to be missing from my pocket that BELONGS TO ME! I have filed a complaint with BBB and if I don't see my refund in a week or so I will be calling a lawyer and filing a suit for harrassment and false advertisement.

Regina, you have been trolling here for a few days, and let me tell you, you are doing a fine job for your corporate masters with their dirty work. Let me ask you: can you roll over and beg, too? Arf Arf! Good Shill!

Could there be a flimsier requirement for a refund than sending in a cancelled check? I DON'T THINK SO! BAM! HAMMERTIME! You advertise a no questions asked guarantee, and you lied! No question about it! Ha ha! How about a HammerSlap for your effort, shill? WHACK! OWWWW! Ooooh!

Stop wasting your time clumsily covering up your RipOff return policy and start using it in productive ways, like polishing some more apples for your masters. Lackey! GET THOSE REFUNDS OUT! Quit stalling!

The customers are asked to send in copies of there canceled check or the portion of the bank statement as proof of payment. We send the product out before we ever deposit the customers checks. We also allow customers to post date checks up to 30 days. This is not to put the customer off. the customers are told when they call and want to return the product they can avoid a delay in being refunded if they enclose the copy of the check or the portion of the statement that shows the debit. If this customer wishes to have a refund then he must simply submit proof of payment. We have several customers who stop payment on checks or use checks that the account has been closed or customers who have bounced checks to our company try to receive a refund anyway. That is the reason we ask for proof of purchase
