I responded to the magazine ad for the LipoBan Clinic agreeing to participate in their weight loss test for which I was to be paid $50 regardless of my results. I ordered a 30 day supply of the product and did all that was asked of me for the test. I did no loose any weight and requested a refund along with my payment for participating in the test. I recieved nothing.

I sent further correspondance and included the empty bottle of product. This package was returned to me stating that the LipoBan Clinic had moved and left no forwarding address. What the hell am I supposed to do now? I went to their website and sent an email to customer service via the link on the site. This was about three weeks ago and I recieved no response.
