I paid for lipoban over the web on Sep 27, 2004 but never recieved any product. I waited a few more weeks then decided to call but when I did the number wasnt a working number.

I emailed them 7 times with no response so I checked my credit card statement to see if maybe the money was placed back on my card but it wasnt. How do I get my money back?
