Complaint Review: Lipofit (billed as)

Lipofit (billed as) XFO Health,LLC Never told me I had only 14 days to try the sample. Charged me $99.98 once. Then I returned second pkg and charge me again $94.99l Incline Village Nevada

I cancelled over the phone and I was told they would credit my cc. They did not. Also never mentioned receiving the pkg I returned. After I phoned my chg card co and put it in dispute, then  Sent my chg card co. 14 pages of the first charge and then sent 14 more pages to verify and prove that I ordered these products. 

I even called and asked if they wanted the sample back and I was told no, but the $99.98 would be credited to my account. To date, my chg card co asked me to sent what papers I have and if I didn't prove sufficient evidence that I did what I said I did, the charges would be put back on my account.
