I was lured to lipozap on April 30, 2007 by ads and the promises. I am 5'8" 140lbs and I have some areas that need improving.

So I fell for all the empty promises. I was told I would lose inches in my love handles and my lower and upper abs. I was guaranteed results or my money back.

I was told if I signed up on that day I would get the sale rate of $2850.00. Then to find out that was the cost all along for 2 areas.

I was then persuaded to sign up with there carecredit card. Where I was told it was a card with 0 payments and 0% interest for 12 months. Then again they were wrong. There are payments that need to be made just 0 interest for 12 months then it becomes accrued interest.

I was told it was a good idea to have this card so that if I did not see any results I would not be spending a dime. Because of there guarantee, I would be done before the 12 months were over and I could cancel.

That was where I was sucked in...guaranteed, 0%, 0 payment. why not?

So I started with the 3 sample injections. Those injections stung but I was able to tolerate it. So I was excited and made my next appointment.

I wanted to see results right away because I had plans to go on vacation to hawaii in July. I was told I would be able to wear a 2 peice, that never happened.

On my 1st appointment, I was given 65 shots. I went to the parking lot and cried. I was burning.

I needed to get to work because I did not ask for the afternoon off. I was also told I would be able to resume to work right after. It is virtually pain free, thats a lie.

I was in pain for at least 48 hours. I called the nurse and was told this was normal just take tylenol and advil.

Two weeks later I went back for another treatment and it was the same. I thought it would get better but it didn't.

I started getting anxiety attacts before I would go. I was always cancelling my appointments because I could not sleep the night before and concentrate at work. I discussed this with the nurses and I was advises to ask my doctor for Xanax pills or sleeping pills. This seems to be common advise from those nurses at lipozap.

So I finally went to see my doctor and he told me to quit going to lipozap. He looked at my abdomen and saw a lot of discoloration and deformations.
He told me this was unhealthy for my body and mind. He was not going to give me drugs to calm me down.

I asked a lipozap representative what I can do about my refund, since it didn't work. In fact I even feel larger now then before. My abdomen area is larger and deformed.

She asked for my e-mail and sent me a claims inquiry e-mail. I filed it out on Sept. 18, 2007 and only today November 8th 2007 have I received a response. The response was only a sorry letter stating they are having staffing problems and will get back to me as soon as possible.

I have been patient but I feel they are just giving me the run around. I want what I deserve. I want them to fulfill their promises.
